PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

PROPERTY PRESENTATION GUIDELINES:

These are the Guidelines to Presenting a Property at a KREE Meeting!

Only a MEMBER may bring a VISITOR, who must be a licensed person, and for a ONE TIME visit only.
GUEST EXCHANGORS are invited to participate, whereas the VISITORS are not.
Guest Status may be revoked if:
You “Hit and Run,” i.e., if you do not show cooperation for the benefit of all, be on time and promote to the finish.
Evidence is presented of your unethical practice or misconduct in the field of Real Estate.
The Presenter must be an ACTIVE or AFFILIATE member in good standing of KREE.

The Presenter must have control of the property being presented: (Exclusive right to sell listing, active Option, or ownership, or a current signed Co-Broker Agreement). The Presenter may be asked to show a substantiating document to his Moderator.

The Presenter must have done homework and have a Back-up Package in the event there is interest from the floor.

The Presenter should follow the Moderator’s advice and counsel. Remember, he’s there to help you market your property.

The Moderator is not to permit a Presenter to present if the Presenter is not ready or the property is not suitable. The Moderator will offer suggestions on what corrective action should be taken prior to presenting the property.

If anyone is requested by the Moderator to be quiet and they don’t comply, they will be asked to leave the room.

The Moderators and Exchangors who have Transactions under their belt can give the less experienced individual Real World answers to the many questions that arise during an exchange.

Each presentation shall be timed to 10 minutes. You will have 5 minutes to present the package and 5 minutes for questions from the floor.
